Privacy Policy

Futuremind Crafted LLC ("we", "us") operates futuremindcrafted.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who helps us process it, and your choices.

What we collect

Account: your email address and, if you give it, your name. We sign you in with one-time codes sent by email, and keep a sign-in session in a cookie.
Orders: your name, email, shipping address, the items you bought and the order status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Try-on credits: a record of the credits you received and used.
See it on you previews: the AI-generated previews you create (not the photo you upload — see below), and, if you choose to send one to us, your Instagram username and your agreement.
Runix chats: the messages you exchange with our AI shop assistant.
Newsletter: your email address and when and how you agreed.
Contact and waitlist: your name, email address, topic and message, or the list you joined.
Security: our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser signals) to tell humans from bots. Our server keeps short-lived technical logs to keep the site running and secure.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run your account, fulfil and support your orders, provide the AI features you choose to use, send the emails you asked for, answer your messages, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Who processes it for us

Hetzner (Germany) — hosts our website and database.
Stripe — payments.
Printify and its print partners — making and shipping your order (name, shipping address, items).
Google — the Gemini API for See it on you and Runix, and Google Workspace for sending and receiving email.
Cloudflare — domain name service and Turnstile bot protection.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards. Some are located in the United States, so your data may be transferred there.

"See it on you" (AI try-on, beta)

If you use the try-on feature on a product page, the photo you upload is sent once to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API), together with product images, to create a preview of you wearing the item. Before sending, we shrink the photo and remove its embedded metadata (such as location). We do not store the photo you upload. The generated preview is saved to your account's try-on library so you can see it again; you can delete any preview there at any time, which removes it from our servers. Google processes the images under its paid Gemini API terms. The feature is only available when you are signed in and you agree before each upload. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, or of children.

From your library you can choose to send a preview to us to be featured in our Instagram story, credited to the Instagram username you give. We only receive it if you tick the box to agree, and as a thank-you we add try-on credits to your account once it is posted. Until it is posted you can withdraw by deleting the image. Once posted, it follows Instagram's own story rules (stories disappear after 24 hours unless saved as a highlight); ask us at hello@futuremindcrafted.com to remove it from any highlight.

Runix (AI shop assistant)

Messages you send to Runix, together with the page you are on, are sent to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API), to generate a reply. Runix is available to signed-in customers. Your conversation is saved to your account for 90 days so you can continue it later (you can delete it at any time with "Clear chat"), and Runix can look up your own orders when you ask about them. Please don't share payment details, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.

If you choose to subscribe (it's always opt-in, never pre-ticked), we use your email address to send occasional emails about new designs, drops and offers, and we record when and how you agreed. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe from your account page at any time. Order emails (receipts, shipping updates) are separate and are sent regardless.

Retention

Account data: while your account is open; deleted when you ask us to close it.
See it on you previews: until you delete them or close your account.
Runix chats: 90 days.
Order records: as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 7 years).
Messages and waitlist entries: until they are no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, close your account, or remove you from a list, at any time by emailing hello@futuremindcrafted.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California) you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority; we will honour them. The site is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will let account holders know.
