These terms govern your use of futuremindcrafted.com, operated by Futuremind Crafted LLC, a Wyoming (United States) limited liability company. By using the site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Using the site
You may browse the site and use its forms and features for lawful purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, submit spam or misuse our AI features. We may suspend access or accounts that break these terms.
Your account
You can create an account with your email address; we sign you in with a one-time code instead of a password. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Orders
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Our merch is printed on demand by our production partner (Printify) and shipped to the address you give at checkout. The details shown at the time of purchase — together with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy — form part of your order. We may cancel and refund an order if an item can't be produced or the price was clearly shown in error.
Product photos are illustrations of the item. Some show the product on models created with AI (labelled as such where they appear); on-screen colours, print placement and fit can differ slightly from the finished item.
AI features
See it on you (AI try-on) creates a preview of you wearing an item from a photo you upload. Runix is our AI shop assistant. Both use our AI provider (Google Gemini) and are offered as-is, in beta: results are approximate and may contain mistakes, so please don't rely on them for sizing or other decisions — check the size guide and product details.
When you use See it on you, you confirm that the photo is of you, or of someone who has agreed, and that it is not of a child. Don't upload images that are illegal, sexual, violent or that infringe someone else's rights. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Try-on credits
Credits let you use See it on you. You receive them free — for example on sign-up, for subscribing to our newsletter, with paid orders, or when we feature a look you sent us. Credits have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and are not refunded. We may change how many credits a feature uses or how credits are earned, and daily limits apply to prevent abuse.
Sharing your look with us
From your account library you can choose to send us a See it on you preview with your Instagram username. By sending it, you give Futuremind Crafted LLC a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to post that image in our Instagram story (and keep it in a story highlight), credited to your username, and you confirm you have the right to do so for everyone shown. We decide which looks to feature. When we post yours, we add the credits shown at the time to your account. You can withdraw before it is posted by deleting the image; after it is posted, email us and we will remove it from any highlight.
Digital products and software
Digital products and software are licensed, not sold. Unless a product states otherwise, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it; redistribution or resale is not permitted.
Intellectual property
All designs, text, graphics and software on this site belong to Futuremind Crafted LLC or its licensors. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to reproduce its design.
Liability
The site and its features are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
