Refund & Cancellation Policy

Physical products (merch)

Our merch is printed on demand, just for you. We therefore don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Digital products and software

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download or licence has been delivered — except where the product is faulty or not as described, or where the law gives you a right to cancel. By completing a purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where applicable, this ends your statutory right of withdrawal. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop renewing at the end of the current period.

Services

Fixed-price service packages may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins. Once work has started, any refund is pro-rated to the work not yet delivered, unless your quote says otherwise.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@futuremindcrafted.com with your order details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
